Top one: My rendition to the bottom photo.

Items I Used:
· Bowery Black by NYC
· Matte me Crazy (Mattifying Top Coat)
· Scotch Tape.
Instructions:
001. Apply the Bowery Black to the nail
002. While waiting for that to dry, paint the rest of your nails that colour.
003. Take the scotch tape and tape the top-
003.5 The step above is really your choice on how thick you want the tip to be or how thin.
004. Apply the Matte me Crazy to all of your nails.
005. Wait for that to dry, then CAREFULLY, take the tape off your nails.
~* DO NOT ADD A TOP COAT, IT WILL RUIN THE EFFECT*~
